Slick, concentrated, toasty.
Barrel fermented and then aged on lees in 40% new French barrels for 10 months with partial malolactic fermentation, this Chardonnay, made from clone 95 from the Cote d'Or, France.
Expect toasted spice and honeysuckle, yellow fruit and nutty aromas. It's toasty and creamy featuring oak spice flavours and grilled lemon. Slick in texture with good concentration it has balance and trails toasted spice.
