Concentrated, decadent, concentration.
Located on the upper Golden Mile Bench, Culmina was established by the Triggs family (of Jackson-Triggs fame) in 2007 and was sold in 2019 to Arterra Wines Canada.
Dilemma was harvested from the estate's Margaret Bench it saw 9 months of sur lie aging in a combination of new and used French oak barrels, and stainless steel cask.
It has decadent notes of caramel liqueur and vanilla, roasted nuts and spice, yellow apples and honeydew melon. That same liqueur-like character comes through on the palate; expect wonderful concentration and balance with a long nutty and creamy finish.
