Fresh, tangy, dry
50th Parallel is a 61-acre estate located in Lake Country, just beyond Kelowna; their viticulture continues to focus on Pinot Noir and Alsatian varieties.
Salmon-hued with golden glints and aromas of sour cherry, tangerine, red currents, mixed spice and cedar chips, this pink rolls into a palate that is dry and tangy with good structure and lively acid. Its weight and tannins will hold up to meats and grilled salmon but it will also work with seafood, mild cheeses, ratatouille, savoury summer tarts and pasta salads.
