Earthy, classic, savoury.
This 61-acre Lake Country estate focuses on Pinot Noir and fresh whites.
Cherries, leather, tobacco and beet greens, forest floor, vanilla and spice aromas lead to a fresh and earthy palate with dry tannins and a savoury finish. Classic styling.
Pair: mushroom wellington, grilled salmon, grilled beet and goat cheese salads.

Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.

Eat your Root Veggies, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Cheese - Soft/Creamy, French Food, GONE CRACKERS
