Spring winesThe first blush of spring!
It means longer days and a start to lighter fare and therefore fresher wines.
I love this time of year because it means sun and summer and patios are on their way.
Wines that are lighter in body and higher in acidity, new vintage releases that will pair well with the rainbow of food on the horizon.
