This impressive red Meritage blends Cabernet Sauvignon with 40% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc, and together they present affluent aromas of sweet black currents, raspberry, vanilla and fresh rainforest floor. The palate is juicy - plums, cherries and mocha lead the charge followed by sweet spices and licorice. Lovely concentration and balance with a long, smooth finish.

Recommended pairings: grilled beef, roasted lamb and cheeses such as: cheddar, manchego and sharp blue.

Made in the method traditionelle, the Seven Stars is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It has the intense toastiness one would expect in an older vintage Champagne.
It's a lovely amber hue with aromas of grilled peaches, wild honey, red berries and toast. On the palate its creamy with tart berries, minerals and more earthy-toasty flavours and finishing with citrus zest and peppery spices.
This bubbly wine would pair well with grilled swordfish or roasted quail.

Nicely balanced!
Citrus and light toast, hints of pineapple and buttery aromas with vanilla caramels. The palate has a lovely creamy texture and flavours of toasted brown spices, white fruit, honey and marzipan. A chic wine with a long, bright finish.
Recommended pairings: halibut, creamy pastas and smoked cheeses.

Well, this should do well in Calgary this summer...
The nose leads with spicy black plum and cocoa notes and follows up with quite savoury smoked meat and roasted brown spices. The palate launches with sweet juicy fruit and mocha liqueur flavours, and culminates in carob and dried herbal flavours. It's a tasty and smooth Merlot, which is well suited to grilled foods.
Merlot with 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc.

This Merlot has plenty of savoury aromas: spice rub, chocolate cherries and dried fruit (prune and raisin) with hints of molasses. The palate is fresh, dominated by juicy black cherries and spice with a layer of saline minerality. It has good bones and fine tannins with cocoa flavours clinging to the finish.
