Jackson Estate 'Stitch' Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough New Zealand, 2010
Readers rated this wine:

Named for the founder and owner of Jackson Estate - John 'Stitch' Stichbury, this very verdant Sauvignon Blanc releases notes of capsicum, green beans and passionfruit layered with gooseberry and lime zest. Similar assertive and snappy flavours - lively citrus, crisp green beans and gooseberry pop on the palate. It has a long, lipsmacking finish.
This is no shy savvy!

Josef Chromy Pinot Noir, Tasmania Australia, 2010
Readers rated this wine:

From the southern island of Tasmania, one of Australia's cool climate regions growing in winemaking popularity, come this delicious Pinot Noir.
Expect sweet raspberries and red cherry, forest floor, beets and fine spice with undertones of red plums and violets. It is a juicy wine with a silky texture. Flavours of red fruit, spicebox and leather lead to bittersweet cocoa on the finish.
Very chic.

Philippe Cambie 'Les Halos de Jupiter' Cotes du Rhone, France, 2009
Readers rated this wine:

Made mostly of winemaker Philippe Cambie's favourite grape, Grenache and rounded out with Syrah, this wine has all the plush character we love in Southern Rhone reds.
Aromas of sweet dark cherries and briary berries, earth, spiced cocoa and wild herbs lead to a smooth, full palate. Bright fruit gives lift to earthy, savoury flavours and roasted carob linger on the finish. This is a great all around red that'll pair equally well with grilled meats as it will with rich mushroom risotto or aged goat's cheese.

ReNacer Punto Final Malbec, Mendoza Argentina, 2009
Readers rated this wine:

A very solid Malbec in a sexy package, the Punto Final presents meaty and savoury aromas lashed to black plums and blackberry, there are also some pretty floral notes with spice, roasted herbs and vanilla. There is plenty of bright acidity on the palate (great for food pairing) and juicy berries layered with spiced, roasted coffee bean flavours.
A smooth, mouth-filling wine that will pair well with mushroom and herb-stuffed ravioli, hard cheese or grilled meats.

Readers rated this wine:
A seductive wine - layered with raspberry, blackberry and chocolate, warm spice, plenty of vanilla and a hint of crushed violets. This is a powerful Malbec, plush and meaty with assertive sweet spice, ripe berries and mocha flavours, vanilla and cigarbox with lingering espresso.
Very good!

Made from vines that are a minimum of 50 years old, this Argentine Malbec provides sweet chocolate and blackberry aromas, smoke, cherries, vanilla and warm spices with earthy undertones. Extremely easy sipping, it's supple and ripe on the palate with loads of berry fruit, vanilla and peppery spice and a long chocolaty-espresso finish.
Very tasty and recently reduced in price from $17.99.
