Made from Prosecco and the light and fruity, red Marzimino grape, (which is classic to the region of Trentino, in Northern Italy) this spumante-style bubbly has the perfect pink colour of cherry blossoms. Laden will fruity aromas - mixed berries and exotic citrus with undertones of rose petals and marzipan. It's smooth and creamy with delicate bubbles, berry flavours and a drop of honeyed sweetness on the palate.

Talk about sipping value.

NEW - classy with great packaging!
A very, compelling, pretty, pale pink rose with continuous streams of bubbles. Creamy, yeasty, summer berries and apples, spring flowers and some peach skin aromas with honey and mandarin peel. Super fresh, smooth and vibrant with creamy berries, ginger and peachy flavours.

This newly arrived Champagne has aromas of baked apple, pear and leesy/roasted hazelnut aromas with citrus zest and mineral undertones. Snaps, crackles and pops in your mouth - moussy with flavours of creamy baked pear/apple with loads of citrus. Mouth-watering acidity and a long finish that will pair very well with brie and pear compote phyllo parcels.

Buttery toasted croissants, tropical fruit - starfruit, melon and stonefruits with exotic citric aromas followed by leesy and mineral notes. Moussy and quite fresh on the palate with caramel roasted nuts, sweet fruit and a zesty finish.

Always crisp and crowd pleasing!
Appealing peachy, appley aromas, citrus blossoms and a hint of petrol with honey and lilac undertones. Its fresh and snappy on the palate with a lively mousse filled with citrus and gingery flavours.
Very good value.
Serve as an aperitif or with scallop mousse with lemon zest in phyllo cups.

A crowd pleasing bubbly with impressive mousse and a hint of fruity sweetness. Aromas are yeasty/leesy with ripe melon, pear and pineapple, creamed honey, minerals and fruit blossoms. Its has a full frontal mousse with creamy fruit, loads of crisp citrus and a long zesty finish.

A copper-tinged lady with a continuous bead and alluring aromas of red berries with undertones of honey flowers, toasted brioche, vanilla and pear compote spiked with ginger. Rich and creamy, just a suggestion of sweetness, crisp, not too toasty with exotic spices, candied lemon rind flavours and more gingery esscence on the finish.

Richly coloured a golden-amber hue with continuous bubbles. The aromas show upfront toasted bicuits with undertones of minerals and lemon and suggestions of berries and nectarines.On the palate it is creamy with mouth-filling mousse, zingy citrus, herbal and tree fruit flavours.

I have to applaud the wonderful NZ Sauvignon Blanc-style of this bubbly. Everything you love in a Kiwi Sauv Blanc - snappy aromatics of grass clippings, jalapeno, passion fruit, gooseberry, elderberry blossoms, a dollop of honey and sweet golden pineapple. The palate echos the nose with great typicity - a creamy texture, persistent bubbles and crisp citrus-y finish. A year round option to pair with shellfish or creamy chevre.

A fantastic salmony-pink coloured Champagne with fine streams of bubbles. It will seduce you with aromas of mixed berries, peach skin, fragrant floral hints, cedar, a dusting of spice and ginger with a toasty core. It is smooth and creamy on the palate with flavours of pie crust, juicy red berries and a seam of citrus.

An Australian Christmas quaffer - makes sense when its warm outside and you want something cool and bubbly that will also pair with those hearty holiday dinners. Jammy blackberry, cherry and blueberry aromas spiked with licorice. Lightly effervessant with sweet fruity flavours - chocolate covered blackberries and blueberries, spiced coffee and licorice.

A very feminine Cava - aptly titled, with alluring aromas of peach, pear, honeysuckle and talc. Secondary aromas are quite tropical and ripe - banana and exotic citrus with minerals and leesy notes to round it out. Fresh and bright on the palate - a kiss of sweetness with a full mousse and a vibrant fruity, crisp finish.

Thinking back over the years I have been drinking this traditionally-made sparkling wine I've always been comfortable recommending it for it's value and consistent quality.
Toasted almonds, honey, apple blossoms and the yeasty-leesy character we love in far more pricy bubbly. Loads of minerality, smoky, flinty with loads of crisp tree fruit and citric flavours - crisp and a bit creamy, entirely quaffable but with an elegant seam throughout.

For half the price of a bottle of champers you can have this objet d'art adorning your table.
Complex and focused with ripe fruit, roasted nuts, brioche, citrus, creamy honey, and blossoms. A creamy texture, lovely mousse with continuous bubbles and more citrus and toasty notes on the palate.

This 'peak' of sparkling wine in Sumac Ridge's portfolio is made from 100% Pinot Noir.
Age has lent the prominent toasted aromas and I love the red berry, peach blossom and honeyed secondary notes. On the palate it's more crisp than creamy with zesty, lemon-y flavours and lingering toast and nutty flavours. Full-bodied and richly coloured with a golden-amber hue.

Gorgeous colour!
Amber-copper brilliance with persistant tiny beads and aromas of toasted biscuits, peaches, summer berries and apricots. The peachy/apricot aromas carry through onto the palate underlined by toasted nuts and brioche, crisp citrus and gingery flavours.
Elegant and always delicious!
This vintage is primarily Pinot Noir blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.

This Riesling-based bubbly is always a crowd pleaser. Grilled peaches and gala apples, minerally aromas and honey. Creamy and crisp on the palate, off-dry with toasty flavours, stone fruits, honeycomb and citrus zest. A delicate mousse and slightly sweet/snappy finish make this a great wine for curries, samosas or creamy cheeses.
