This fairtrade red is named six hats for Citrusdal Wines' belief that terroir is more than just soil and climate, but people too. The six hats stand for sustainability (at the core) but also partnership, change, dignity, potential and equity - the focus of fairtrade products.
It leads with Maraschino cherries and pepper then rolls into roasted baking spice atop savoury, meaty aromas. The palate is savoury and spicy; a mix of red and black fruit is rounded out with peppery spices, bittersweet cocoa and roasted coffee flavours. Fresh and fairly smooth and good with game meats or pretty much anything beefy and grilled.

A perfect summer party/barbecue red that won't break the bank but will please a crowd. The aromas here are sweet cassis, vanilla, mint and baking spice with just a hint of green bean. The palate is juicy and it offers chocolate, espresso and cassis layered with sweet spice, leather and tobacco.
A wine for steak, portobello burgers, ribs or burgers.

A buy-it-by-the-case white that will pair with numerous dishes including grilled chicken, seafood, simple olive oil pastas and most starters.
Aromas are tart - think lemon pith (the part between the juice and the rind), apple peel and pear with hints of gooseberry. The palate is a reflection of that - tart and tangy flavours of green apples, lemon and gooseberries with a mouthwatering finish.

It's a mug of dark roasted coffee stirred with bittersweet chocolate and spiced blackberries atop a core of savoury, smoked meaty notes. The palate offers liberal sweet black fruit, dark mocha, vanilla and spice. A suitable expression of Malbec in a very approachable manner. An easy drinking, crowd-pleasing wine for summer grilling.

New look!
The nose exhibits a movie theatre confectionary of aromas - buttered popcorn, lemon curds, sweet spice and roasted sugared nuts. The palate follows suit - butter, cream, caramel and tropical fruit. A straightforward wine that shows some good freshness. Lively but with a creamy edge.
A good value white for corn bread, creamy soups or a grilled chicken ceasar salad.

The aromas in this organic Chilean Savvy are roasted capsicum, asparagus, green beans and lime underscored with passionfruit and gooseberry. Sweet and juicy citrus dominates the palate and is layered with tropical fruit, fresh herbs and savoury green vegetables.
Solid style to pair with starter salads or asparagus and goat's cheese quiche.

A consistent weekday dinner wine, the La Vieille Ferme Rouge is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault.
The aromas here are spiced blackberry, cherry and mocha espresso with undertones of crushed violets, plum cake and garrigue (wild herbs and scrub). It has a supple palate with peppery spices and cocoa flavours wrapped in plenty of briary fruit.

There are not many wines on the market that offer the value that Farnese does.
The Daunia offers sweet cherry, baking spice, vanilla and a base of leather, cocoa and savoury herbs. It's very accessible and has good balance with a cocoa and spice flavoured finish.
A buy-by-the-case weeknight wine for pasta, soups, stews, grilled veg or Bolognese sauces.

Solid value.
It's a mouthfilling and concentrated red with good acidity to keep it fresh. Expect black currents, black plum, sweet spices and graphite with savoury undertones. Generous in the mouth with good Cabernet character. The fiish is long and trails spiced chocolate flavours.
A wine that will get the stamp of approval with your grilled and barbecued foods.

Nice value - very refreshing and lively.
Aromas of guava, nectarine, citrus and mown lawn with some vague jalapeno notes. The palate toes the line with herbs, grass and citrus flavours. It's very light but clean and straightforward. A good everyday sipper or with salads, seafood and of couse creamy chevre.
