Meyer Family Vineyards 'McLean Creek Road' Chardonnay, Okanagan Valley BC, 2010
Readers rated this wine:

From the Meyer Family Estate McLean Creek Road vineyard in Okanagan Falls, north of Oliver, this Chardonnay has been fermented in stainless steel before being moved to French oak barrels (22% new) and left sur lie for 10 months.
The translation is, it offers rich, sweet notes of buttery toasted brioche, pears and pineapple and vibrant citrus underscored by caramel and vanilla. It is smooth in the mouth, has lively acidity and a mixed palate of spiced tropical fruit and spice. Deftly handled oak and a delicious toast and caramel finish.

Meyer Family Vineyards 'McLean Creek Road' Pinot Noir, Okanagan Falls BC, 2010
Readers rated this wine:

This single vineyard Pinot comes from the Meyer Family's estate McLean Creek Road Vineyard, planted with Pommard and Dijon clones on alluvial gravel and sandy loam soils.
It is quite a powerful Pinot Noir, still youthful but brimming with cherry and dark briary berry aromas leading into plum, toasted oak and leather and a core of bacon and smoky/savoury aromas. The palate is still fairly tight but balanced, it has a fine grained-texture and is flavoured with dark fruits, spiced, toasted oak and roasted coffee grounds.
Give this wine some in the cellar and it will reward you.

Meyer Family Vineyards 'Reimer Vineyard' Pinot Noir, Okanagan Valley BC, 2010
Readers rated this wine:

The grapes for this single vineyard Pinot Noir are taken from Dijon and Pommard clone vines planted in south east Kelowna.
There is a common thread with all of the Meyer Creek wines - they are elegant and finely crafted.
This particular Pinot has lovely typicity (or pinosity if you will) offering fragrant cherry and raspberry aromas, cedar chips and violets with undertones of beet greens, rainforest floor and vanilla. The palate follows suit - finely grained it tastes of cherry and raspberry, tea leaf and earth. The finish is long and very fresh...
Excellent!

Meyer Family Vineyards Central Valley Pinot Noir, Okanagan Valley BC, 2008
Readers rated this wine:
The fruit for this wine was sourced from a vineyard near Kelowna that sits 400m above sea level. 100% French oak was used in production, 33% of that was new.
This is a fine example of Pinot (shows pinosity if you will), offering cocoa and cherries, bacon fat and leather, beet greens, rainforest floor and a whiff of sweeter berry aromas. At time of tasting, the tannins were youthful (decanting is suggested), the flavours echo the aromas - similar smoked bacon, wild greens, cherry and earth with fine peppery hints. Loads of bright acidity and a late 2011 release will smooth out some of those tight tannins.

Meyer Family Vineyards McLean Creek Chardonnay, Okanagan Valley BC, 2009
Readers rated this wine:
Made from fruit from the MFV estate vineyard in Okanagan Falls this Chardonnay was fermented first in stainless steel then transferred to French oak barrels, 40% new.
It offers aromas of crisp, sliced green pear, mineral, orange scented pralines, honey and vauge tropical blossoms. The palate is very bright and lively but with a creamy edge - crisp fruit, toasted spice and nutty flavours lead to citrus peel on the finish. Chic and mouth-watering, a wine you can pair with seafood or creamy pastas - just don't chill it down too much.
