If you are already a fan of Gewurztraminer, you'll instantly recognize the classic aromas in this fragrant variety - lychee and rose water, tangerine peel, exotic spice and citric notes with honeyed undertones. It is wonderfully weighted and oily on the palate with impressive concentration and mouth-filling flavours of fruit and spice. It has a bright acidity to balance the sweetness and a long finish.
I love to pair Gewurztraminer with curries or fresh and spicy noodle salads.

The Kerner has the aromatics to lure you back to the glass, sniff after sniff.
Peaches, pears and grapefruit swimming in rose water. On the palate it's crisp and grapey with honey tangerines, bright lime and subtle exotic spice flavours.
Attractively off-dry perfect for cheese plates served with sumer fruits or spiced Asian dishes.

Gray Monk Odyssey Brut Sparkling Rose, Okanagan Valley BC, NV

Gray Monk celebrates 30 years this year - making them one of BC's oldest wineries.
The Brut Rose is made in the traditional method (as Champagne is) and from the varieties Gamay and Pinot Meunier.
It's a salmon-hued bubbly with aromas of fresh summer berries, peaches and orange peel. The bubbles are fine, there is a kiss of sweetness to make the flavours pop. Similar peach, tart summer berries and juicy citrus flavours dominate and the finish is juicy.
A sparkling for any occasion, but it will pair nicely with salmon, soft and mild cheeses, turkey, mildly spicy dishes or most appetizers.

A golden-hued, traditional method sparkling wine with rich toasty/leesy aromas, wild honey, apples and obvious mineral notes. Creamy and full-bodied on the palate with ample mousse, stone fruit flavours and lemon zest lingering on the palate.
A wonderful example of BC bubbly made from Chardonnay and Riesling!

This delicious blend of Riesling and Chardonnay is made in traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle - which creates not only the bubbles but the complexity.
Wow - this bubbly really pops - pretty aromas of crisp orchard fruits (notably peaches) with honey, citrus blossoms and just the right dose of toast. It has a lovely mousse on the palate layered with crisp citrus, tart green apple and a kiss of sweetness. Fresh, bright and fragrant and very, very enjoyable!
