A blend of Chenin Blanc and Viognier this interesting white is appealingly aromatic with peachy/pear and floral aromas, citrus and spiced butter with mineral undertones. Softly rounded and ripe on the palate with buttery flavours, oak spice and citric fruits with just a hint of peach skin. Great minerality and acidity with a slightly weighted texture.
Would pair nicely with sweet, creamy yams spiced up a bit.

A delicious blend of 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Viognier - this wine is wonderfully aromatic.
Expect lively aromas of tropical fruit, peaches, lime zest and spring blossoms with musky honey and forest floor undertones. The palate is laden with sweet fruit, which is layered with spiced honey, vanilla, citrus peel and herbal flavours. It boasts wonderful concentration, mouth-watering acidity, an attractive weight and long zesty finish.

A blend of two of my favorite grape varietals (Chenin Blanc 78% and Viognier 22%) it's a mosaic of bold aromas. Young pineapple, melon and apricots in honey with crisp citrus, cut grass and exotic floral notes. Warmly spiced, silky and lush with mouth-watering pink grapefruit flavours. A smidge hot on the palate but wonderfully balanced flavours that would pair briliantly with spicy dishes.
2007 is available in Canada now.

Rich and intense with dark chocolate, black fruit, smoked meat and bell pepper aromas. Dense and masculine on the palate-roasted coffee beans, cocoa powder, leather and earth finishing with jalapeno pepper and toasted oak. A wine made for red meat. (49% Merlot, 32%Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Shiraz)
