Cedar Creek Ehrenfelser, Okanagan BC, 2006
Readers rated this wine:
Always a favorite summer sipper of Wine Diva readers! Hard to believe that five years ago Cedar Creek was actually thinking of pulling up the Ehrenfelser vines and replanting something that would sell better! Now, it is one of the fastest selling summer wines in BC. This vintage is just as deliriously aromatic but with a more unctuous mouth-feel!
Peaches, honey blossoms, apricot, pink grapefruit and exotic spices. Clean and bright on the palate with a voluptuous texture brimming with ripe orchard fruit flavours followed by sweet star anise on the finish.

Cedar Creek Estate Select Pinot Noir, Okanagan BC, 2005
Readers rated this wine:
A flagship varietal for Cedar Creek and they consistently make great Pinot Noir. The 'Estate' is their entry level Pinot just below the Platinum Reserve Pinot Noir which is about $15.00 more a bottle. But the Estate is no slouch, filled with sour cherry, raspberry, fresh earth, tobacco and spice. On the palate it is juicy, vibrant and youthful-bordering on velvety with tight, fine tannins. Hold on to this one for a few more months if you can, it will reward you!

Cedar Creek Estate Select Pinot Noir, Okanagan Valley BC, 2007
Readers rated this wine:
A wonderfully fragrant young Pinot Noir with aromas of sun-warmed raspberries, cedar chips, crushed violets, hints of blueberry, leather, mixed spice and obvious peppery notes. The palate is bright, expect a sweet entry tasting of summer berries, fine spice, vanilla and mocha. It presents a silky texture, loads of acidity and fine tannins. Will pair well with the typical options of salmon or duck or drink it with cheesey mushroom polenta. ©copyright 2009 Daenna Van Mulligen
