A lovely, simple Italian wine with earthy aromas, sweet red fruits and black cherry and appealingly rustic tar/iodine nuances in an attractive ruby-hued liquid. Juicy red berry and sour cherry in the mouth with warm spiced tobacco and leathery flavours.
A wonderful weekday dinner wine for under $15!

A easy drinking Montepulciano from Abruzzo in central Italy.
Dark ruby with rustic aromas - cherry and saddle leather and tarry/iodine aromas and undertones of briary fruit and dark earth. Smooth on the entry, quite full-bodied with nice acidity and flavours of cherry, chocolate and a hint of red berries.
Good value Monday-Wednesday wine with roasted meat or spaghetti Bolognese.
