Here is an all-around pleasing bubbly offering fresh fruit and floral aromas. Fragrant apple and pear, rose scented talc, honeyblossoms, sweet fresh herbs and Meyer lemon. Similar delicate flavours appear in the mouth - it dances on your palate with spritzy bubbles and lingers with citrus peel.
Very enjoyable with nice bright acidity.

Pale in colour this recognizable Prosecco bottle with it's string tied cork has aromas of soft white orchard fruit, minerals and citrus with star anise spice and faint toasty aromas. The flavours are clean and dry with stone fruit and citrus and fresh mountain stream. Lovely long soft finish and a soft mousse perfect for those that prefer less (hiccup) bubble.

The colour of wild strawberries with aromas of red cherry, warm blackberries, earth, violets and minerals. it is effervescent yet smooth with nice weight on the tongue showing vibrant berry, cherry pit, spice and a seam of citrus rind. This is no wimpy pink bubbly, it has solid grippy flavours, good acidity and a clean, firm finish.
