A good wine to pair with spicy dishes, the Mingle Pinot Gris went through a stopped fermentation, which the winemaker desired to preserve its freshness. You can expect this wine to be on the sweeter side though due to this process.
It is undoubtably fragrant - lychee, marshmallow and orange blossoms, exotic citrus and sweet spices. The palate is weighty and expectedly sweet offering pear, honey, citrus and spice flavours - the finish is long.

The Noble Ridge Chardonnay seems to be taking the local wine cognoscenti by storm-which unfortunately makes it hard to find so you can sample it for yourself.
Super creamy with butterscotch, buttery baked pear, warm spices and a firm hand with French and American oak. Solid mid-palate weight, smoky wood, spice, nuts and vanilla with a warm, bold finish.

Located in Okanagan Falls, this Chardonnay is made from 100% Noble Ridge estate fruit.
Very appealing aromas of white peaches, juicy pineapple, fine toast and hints of brown spices and caramel. It is creamy and quite lush on the palate - nice concentration of peach and mango flavours, exotic spice and citrus with layers of sweet vanilla. Good balance and deftly handled oak.

Nicely done!
Aromas of cocoa, plum, spiced chocolate and leather with roasted coffee beans and dried sage. I really like the freshness on the palate of this wine - it offers flavours of black cherry and plum, espresso and cocoa with spice and toasted oak on the finish - the tannins are integrated. Drinking well now.

Located just east of Okanagan Falls the 35 acre estate of Noble Ridge was established in 2001. They now produce a half-dozen differnt wines including this Pinot Grigio. Solid pear aromas with loads of minerality, some orchard blossom and citric notes and a hint of stone fruit - plenty of acidity and a snappy finish.
