Beringer "California Collection" Pinot Grigio, California, 2007
Readers rated this wine:
A peachy hued Pinot Grigio with fruitcup aromas - pear/peach/apple - honey and citrus blossoms. The palate is refreshing featuring plenty of tree fruit and honey and a suggestion of spice. The finish is zesty, the acidity soft and rounded. A pleasant, easy quaffer. ©copyright 2009 Daenna Van Mulligen

Beringer "California Collection" White Zinfandel, California 2008
Readers rated this wine:
The discovery/mistake of White Zinfandel saved not only wine producers, but a lot of Zinfandel vines in the 1970s. Consumers, finding these sweet, fresh wines to their liking have never looked back. Even as more and more dry pink wines hits the shelves at higher alcohol levels, blush wines or White Zins are still extremely popular. If you are in the mood for a sweet wine with low alcohol the Beringer has confectionary aromas of strawberries, marshmallow and cotton candy. In the mouth it's sweet but with plenty of crisp citrus and peachy flavours to add to it's berry notes. Good for sipping solo or drink with spicy Asian cuisine. ©copyright 2009 Daenna Van Mulligen

Beringer 'Founders' Estate' Merlot, California, 2009
Readers rated this wine:
This is an earthy, savoury style of Merlot presenting aromas of coffee and plums, brown spices with fresh herbal undertones. It's sweet and bright on the palate with a chewy texture. Fine tannins linger across the finish with cedar and spice flavours. The lively acidity on this red will allow it to partner with pasta in a hearty red sauce or Camembert cheese.

Beringer 'Third Century' Chardonnay, Central Coast California, 2006
Readers rated this wine:
An interesting dichotomy of toasted spices and buttered nut aromas, the fruit is hidden on the nose but then comes galloping through on the palate. Flavours of pineapple and dried/candied fruit and citrus peel, vanilla caramels and sweet spice linger on the finish. ©copyright 2009 Daenna Van Mulligen
