A certified organic red blend of equal parts Grenache and Tempranillo with 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this savoury, rustic wine will be best paired with rich tomato based stews or roasted meat. Aromas of cherry and black pepper, saddle leather and beet greens with a smoky/gamey core. The palate is similar - juicy red fruits, cocoa, spice and leather. It has loads of acidity and powdery tannins that make it a perfect food wine.
