Typical Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc aromatics - grass clippings and nettles, guava and gooseberries - very vibrant and assertive. The palate shows cheek-sucking acidity with citric and obvious grassy flavours - it's pithy and snappy with a tart finish.
Pair with crisp green and goat cheese salads with citrus vinagrette on the patio...
